 Electra generally dresses in a simple manner, preferring neutral colors.  She generally sports a black blazer, often with a skirt and boots.  Electra also tends to keep her hair up, and will wear prescription glasses for reading. 

 Electra is about average in height and weight for a girl of her age.  She has orange hair that falls just past her shoulders which she generally keeps up, as well as blue eyes.  She is slightly farsighted, and wears glasses when she needs to see something close up (such as when reading or on a computer).  Electra generally has a relaxed presence, so she might come off as laid-back or even aloof.  This can be seen in her posture (her mother is always telling her to sit up straight), as she has a tendency to slouch.

 Electra is an easy-going young witch who likes to live in the present.  She might come off as carefree or even aloof, but she also has a competitive streak.  While this witch generally gets along well enough with others, she is a rather private person and tends to avoid getting overly attached to people.  She makes friends easily when she chooses to, but she does not require them to be happy.  Electra is also slightly more competitive with males (especially her own brothers), and has an easier time getting along with other girls.  Electra's skills with magic are still in development, and she yet to figure out what aspects of being a witch that she is particularly good at.

 Aemond and Katerina (they now go by Edmond and Katherine) had been a couple since the late 16th century.  While they were originally from England, they have moved many times throughout the years (they now have several residences around the world), accumulated some wealth as well as having several children.  Their youngest, Elektra was born around sixteen years ago. While the Atwoods love their children, they have a very lax parenting style and generally leave the upbringing up to various nannies and boarding schools while they pursue their ever changing interests (business, traveling, magic, etc.).  As the only remaining underage child, Elektra currently lives at the Ravenfell Academy, where her parents feel that she will be well off as a developing witch.

 "Really? Vegas?" Electra scoffed as she tried to stuff her last sweatshirt into the already packed suitcase.  "And to think mom thought this was just a phase." The witch knelt down beside her bag, frowning as she tried to pull the zipper without success.  Her older sister, Maggie, sat in the bed next to her with her legs crossed.
"Oh come on, El.  It's genius!  Who would ever suspect that a Vegas magician . . ."  Maggie paused, pulling a bouquet from thin air for dramatic effect.  "Was actually using real magic?"  With a wry smile the elder girl tossed the flowers on top of Electra's suitcase.  "Hiding in plain sight!"
"Right.  I'm sure nobody's thought of that." Electra paused for a moment in thought, then sat down on the bag, hoping her added weight would be enough to close it.  No such luck.
"Yeah, well," Margaret hopped off the bed, "While you're having fun studying at your new school, I'll be making tigers disappear."  She smiled widely.  "We'll see whose laughing at who then."  She turned, heading for the door.
"You could at least help me zipper this!"
"Sorry sis, but my magic's needed for more important matters.  Like finding that damn rabbit!"
